Default Civic ek hatch with a jdm itr motor for 9,500. Is it worth it?

I am thinking about getting a 1996 civic hatch. IT has all type r conversions on the exterior. It also has a b18c (JDM Integra type r). With clutch, flywheel, headers, apexi ws exhaust, and dropped with steelies. The guy is asking $9,500. I actually found the car on this site. here is the link.

Looks wicked. Buy it . We like to keep it in the family here on H-T, and that thing is just screaming for someone to do the suspension and toss a turbo on it .

sounds like a good deal if it's a clean and reliable install.
