i was about to buy a honda civic 99 hatch bone stock only option on the car is the A/C it as 116000 kilos... a was wondering what should i inspect before buying the car..??? and second thing a lot of people have been talking to me about the civic and the heavy burning oil probleme and that they hat some coolin problem ( overheating) my friend civic was burning the parkplug one after the other.

ENGINE BURNING OIL?? DONT BUY IT!!! i made that mistake 1 month ago and bought it.. now i go through like 4 quarts of oil per day and it SUCKS!! that means the motor is really worn out and time for a new one

i heard that the civic' in general the were car that does drink alot of oil and that THEY atampt to overheat ?? is that trought?? cuz i'm about to buy a civic and wondering if it does burn oil or overheats??? any tests to do ??? plz

my civic has 120k miles and it has never burnt any oil or overheated.

My old civic had a 150niles on it and wouldnt burn a drop of oil between changes.
