Civic D16z6 Speed Limiter

Hi, I have a Civic coupe ex 94 D16Z6. I had tested with a Movil GPS, and its Limited to exacly 120MPH. Where I can get more info about the limiter, and how can bypass it, with out to changue the ECU.

no limiter built into the ECU.

132 mph without juice
140+ mph with juice

nope. no limiter. i've been well above that 120 mark too in my 94 D16Z6.
