Type VA and Type VB are colors. Basically they want the logo to be visible on the dark color and light color cars.
TYPE VA is Flash Silver and comes on dark colored cars. TYPE VB is Gothic Gray Metallic and comes on light colored cars.
If you look at the image they have on that page you linked, you'll see it says the colors.
Here's a text copy of that chart they give you. (EDIT: I added the info from the charts for the other body styles as well.)

I checked other sites to see if the image was better and tried zooming in as well. It didn't get much better, but I could make out the names.
Glad I could help and at least now this adds a text copy of it online, along with an answer to what those decal color codes mean that's easy to search for.

Great question, great response. 
I'll chime in with this: I purchased a VX decal for a Milano Red vehicle colour. If I recall, the Type FS was superceded by the Type VA, such that you cannot buy the Type FS anymore? At least it wasn't available for the VX. Details are sketchy now in my brain. Anyway, I am not sure if there is an actual colour difference between the two or whether they just changed the name. I guess I could compare it to my current one, though it is probably faded due to 16 years of exposure to the sun.
