Choosing a quality Adjustable Cam Gear(sprocket)for my Del Sol SI?
I'm trying to find out which adjustable Cam gear(sprocket) would be the best choice. These are the companies i've found so far that make a cam gear for my Del Sol SI (D16Z6 SOHC)-AEM, Gude, Unorthodox Racing, STR, JUN .By name alone i would assume the JUN Cam Gear would be the right choice.I'm looking for input from people who have used a adjustable cam gear, either listed above or any other you care to tell me about. Thanks for any info, it is appreciated.

from my experience, AEM slips. i had it on my CRX si. i down shifted hard and it slipped. i bent several valves. get the skunk2 ones. affordable and pretty good quality too.

AEM + SOHC = no slipping.
Only need 2-3 degrees cam retard then adjust ignition timing to 18 BTDC,
