I got these aftermarket cams, and need to check to lift. i have a rough idea how big they are, but i need to make sure. I saw a DIY not to long ago on how to check them, but cant find it. anyone got any tips or ideas?

Also, they're a little bit bigger than ITR cam's, as far as i know... roughly whats the danger zone for running stock valvetrain with aftermarket cams? i heard its ok to run ITR's in a GSR, but again, i just wanna make sure.
