Changing rotors on a EG hatch
Is it hard or easy? A friend of mine needs his to be changed. I have a compressor and an imapct wrench. What else is needed? Thanks in advance.
Also, is it hard?

Re: Changing rotors on a EG hatch (psychotic)
jack up the car and use something to hold it up safely (no not a jack)
take the wheel off first- 19mm
take the calipers off - 17mm (two srews - top and bottom)
get a philips and unscrew the screws on the rotor.
then tap it lightly and it should come off.
to install follow the steps back.
it should take about 30min with power tools if you really know what you're doing otherwise 2hr downtime. with beer drinkers or smokers 4hrs.

Also, spray the rotor down with brake parts cleaner before you install it, and it is recommended to install new pads whenever you change rotors.
