changing over from obd1 to obd2

Default changing over from obd1 to obd2

i have a 98 honda civic hatchback that i did a b18b1 obd1 swap to.. i recently bought a new b18b1 motor and its obd2.. wuts the best way to go about switching the wireing????

put the intake manifold the dizzy and the injectors from the old obd1 motor on to the new b18b1 and what do you get a b18b that was obd2 is now obd1 not that hard use common sense

what do i do about the old pcv?? do i move it to the to of the new valve cover??

wut about the crank sensor on the obd2 motor?? will i cause a problem if i dont connect that?? if so how do i wire it in??
