Default changing/flushing engine coolant

a couple questions here. i got a 98 civc lx.

i just moved to michigan from florida, and im concerned on whether or not i should change my engine coolant. im sure since i was living in florida that its not up to par with the northern temperatures. i dont know if i should change it or not, should i? i may just do it anyways...the car has 150K miles on it so why not i guess.

i think i found the drain plug underneath, but im not too sure and wanted to double check with yall on the exact location.

and also if anyone could write up some instructions on how to flush/add i'd appreciate it. thanks.
