Change Alternator in d15b7
Hello, I was laying under my car today doing the exhaust and took a look at the alternator and was trying to figure out what I need to do to get it out of there. It doesnt look like there is enough clearance to get it by the axle. Do i have to take it out to get the alternator out or is there a better way?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

If you play around with the angle you turn the alternator to remove it from the engine bay, you can get it through the area you reach upwards through when you change the oil filter. Took me about 5 minutes to get it out, so be patient.

take the alternator out through the intake side of the engine. you'll have to remove the oil filter, but while your under neath at least you can do an oil change
