cf hood does not fit good.....

cf hood does not fit good.....
i got a cf hood for 300 brand new. still in the box and wrapped up in bubble wrap. i tried putting it on but the hood is shifted toward the passenger side and rubbing the fender. is there anything i can do that will fix this?

yeah loosen the hood bolts and push the hood towards the drivers side and do this untill perfect.

i had alot of fitment issues with my shitty cf hood. after playing with it enough i just traded some one for there stock straight up (mine was damaged in a wreck). i am much happier with the stock now

Dude. Try loosening the four bolts and follow what he said. The hinges are independent of each other and as you pull the hood in the direction it needs to go tighten the bolts. This will slowly work your hood over.
You can play with the rubber stops to adjust the front corner levels. You may even need to loosen a couple of fender bolts to get proper gap fitting up the sides of the hood and fenders.
This is Real Easy. You Can Do It!
Dude. Try loosening the four bolts and follow what he said. The hinges are independent of each other and as you pull the hood in the direction it needs to go tighten the bolts. This will slowly work your hood over.
You can play with the rubber stops to adjust the front corner levels. You may even need to loosen a couple of fender bolts to get proper gap fitting up the sides of the hood and fenders.

before you loosen the fenders, try bending the hood hinges to whatever side. then screw on the hood and see.
