If you've already jumped it, so that the Check Engine Light(CEL) flashes, count the number of long flashes and the number of short flashes. Then come back and tell us what code you're throwing.
I.E.
3 Long plus 1 short would be 31
4 Long plus 3 short would be 43

Usually if the CEL flashes while the engine is running, it means its misfiring.
When you put the timing belt back on, did you use a timing light to make sure timing was in spec?

cell is only flashing when 2 pins are conected and just with ignition on (car not runing)
That could be a code 1, which i believe would be your o2 sensor.
