CEL ten long blinks. What is it?

I get ten long blinks, what is it?
At first I thought it was code ten, but these are long blinks so is that code 100???WTF???
Was gonna sell my car now this **** happens

If you read my post thoroughly.....
Code 100 but the common list of error codes go up to something like 92.
EDIT: I misread the last blink.
It was code 91.
