CEL and speedo problem

CEL and speedo problem
i removed my old alarm....
was wired like ****...
after that...a CEL came on...
and i noticed my speedo stop working...but when it does..the needle bounces like crazy!!
this is my 96 civic DX hatchback...no mods at all
i pulled my universal obd2 code reader..
and it says....
-o2 sensor heater
-*P0141 circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2)
-*p1298 electric load detector circuit high voltage
any idea whats going on...
you have any idea why its throwing these codes?
i drove my car for about an hour...and after that...i checked the code again....
it threw a VSS code...
i then reset it..and the VSS code isnt there anymore...
please help me out!!! im stumped
