Default CEL question

here's the situation: 1994 del sol si with b18c swap. I've searching HT for a few days and no luck, so any help would be appreciated.

I drive my car for a couple of minutes, then the CEL comes on. I turn the car off, and check for codes, but it doesn't throw any codes. No blinking, no solid CEL. When i put the car in the on position, the CEL doesn't come on either. any ideas?
