CEL
I Have a 92 Civic HB w/ 99 GSR running on an OBD-1 ECU(p72), anyways I only get a C.E.L Sometimes, like sometimes it might pop up and sometimes it doesnt turn on. I've read up on how to check it before but when i did it it doesnt work, no C.E.L comes on. can anyone help? the CEL is annoyinng

you probably have an o2 sensor code. it is resetting if you turn the key off. you should be able to check it with the engine running when the light comes on.

the lil blue thing over by your ecu, thicker cord w/ a blue connecter on the end of it/ put a paperclip in both sides of it, and watch the CEL light, long blink=10 short =1, i had 7 shorts a while back, code seven tps sensor.
