Does anyone know if the Civic HX's exhaust is similar to the EX or DX civic? I'm guessing DX, but I'm unable to compare it with another model right now. I'm trying to buy and A'PEXi WS but I don't know which one to buy.

Is the cat under the car or in the header?

It's under the car, under the stick/e-brake. Behind the cat it goes straight over to the rear passenger-side wheel.

The HX has the cat built into the manifold, like the DX...

If it is under the car like you say, then the EX header will work so long as your o2 wires are long enough. They're not hard to extend though.

If you get an EX header, EX cat, and EX or SI cat back system, you can pretty much redo your whole exhaust system. You will have to do something about the O2 sensors though.

Sounds good. I kinda figured it was comparable to the DX Coupe system.
