BTW I know about the missing corner light.. Ill explain that one later..

looks good to me man..one of the nicest del sols i have seen...who cares if the emblem is not OEM...its a freaking emblem..its not like we are talking about OEM foglights, or headlights, or taillights, door panels, and sorts of that matter..its an emblem..why pay almost 30+ for an oem badge and risk getting it stolen in a parking lot? No need to be that extreme on OEM badges.

its a Carbon Creations hood.. ill get understide pics later..
and i would take the emblem off completely but there are factory holes under it.
ill probably shave the emblems when i repaint the car this summer. Im also shaving the Antenna and a few more things..

i think the sir rims should be just stock colour and it'll be more nice and shave all hte emblems... but everything else seems to be all good

I think it looks great. Good job. As for the rims, I like the look, but have you ever considered painting them to match the car? Just an idea. Only seen it done once and it looks pretty good. They were black on a black car though... not sure how the white would come out. They would be a bit harder to keep clean as well. Looks good though.

from what i could find, it appears as if carbon creations makes carbon fiber grips for guns. Are there any more carbon fiber hoods?

hey what kinda lip is that on that del sol? it looked really good! i want one for mine.. im bout to paint my sol championship white with gun metalic buddy club P1 QF's.. or gun metal kozei k1's and that lip looks good on that car i must have it.

i think it BLOWS!!! totally destroys the image cuz the car is white and the hood is black. you need to take it off and get rid of that thing FAST.

93delsol: my buddy has another del Sol hood in stock.. give him a call at
205-661-3600 ask for Jim.. he ordered 2 one for me and one for stock.. they are special order and take 2-4 weeks to make. but he has 1 left give him a call..
95DelSolSI: its just a OEM 92-95 Civic lip I miss that lip. i sold it for 15 bucks i bought it from the dealer for like 75 bucks. check your local honda dealer.

hehe thanx Russ you should see it in person its really and awesome looking hood I had a buddy of mine get after it with some good meguires wax and stuff and he brought it to life!

sweet. i've been considering a different hood for a while now. i was looking for a vented hood or a plain cf hood like yours. i found the hood locks that i want for 40 bux. jdmhondaparts.com has them. i like them better than the hood pins cuz they sit flat and dont have anything projecting off the hood.
