Carbon Fiber Hood ....help Needed
i just put a carbon hood on my car a weeks back. well, this morning i am at a friends hous,and he told me that the hood is real nice except for the crack in it. well....somebody around here is real jealous, they kicked the front of my hood and the gell coat is now cracked..BAD. it is also cracked around my hoodpins. DOES ANYBODY HAVE THE PROCESS OF WHICH TO FIX THIS?

if the fiber's not damaged, you might be able to get some resin to fill it after removing the damaged area of the gel coat.

ok guys....
i knda figured something was funny...my door was unlocked this morning. turns out...who ever ****ed up my hood ,was trying to get under the hood,but failed. i had re-routed the hood cable. inner-fender on drivers side was pulled out. looks like they were pulling up on the hood,the carbon gel-coat is also cracked around the hood pins. possible theft? thank god they did not succeed.

1 more god damn time...and i am selling this ******* car and going back to my mustangs. this hb gets more attention from the cops and young kids than most of my stangs did.
