Carbon Fiber Door Panels....what do you guys think?

i'd probably break **** like that w/ my daily driver.. functional? seems like it's more for bling, the panels aren't thattt heavy

They look cool to me, but I would never pay money for them. The stock door panels are already light as crap.

look ok.....don't serve a purpose though.....if you want a lighter car why not remove the door panels as opposed to replacing them? the whole carbon fiber thing is getting way out of hand.....i'm just waiting for a carbon fiber owner's manual and a carbon fiber windshield.

The stock door panels to me seem extremely heavy for what they are. If I was rich I might sport those, but I'd prefer it if it was something less showy. How much do those go for anyway? No speakers I guess.

wtf!? man i changed out my stock door panels for these bad boys and man let me tell ya! first i took off .000000000001 on my qt mile time and then on the way back home from my ground breaking run of 16.01 my arm slipped of and i naild myself in the *****! it was the greatest!...no seriously, the only way id buy these is if i had alot money just floatin around...this would be my second purchase after my room full of jello...

Defintely gettign out of hand. I had never seen this much carbon fiber **** until I crossed over to the Honda world

Dude, on a serious note, RAYS Eng. made some wheels back in the day that the center piece was all Carbon Fiber, Sam from Jspec.com showed them to me while they were on his 86. I ain't sh*ttin you! fyi

Step one. Remove door panels
Step two. Gut the door and trim out excess metal
Step three. Install sheet of metal.
Thats the route to go for weight reduction.

Yeah the farthest I am willing to go is the hood. I cant see myself getting anything else in CF.
