Default carb legal...?

i always here people talk about carb legal intakes... but who does this apply too... i noticed that ppl in cali are really concerned about carb legal... should i be worried about my ebay inake i live in tx.... thanx for the help

nope... only in Cali.

CARB stands for California Air Resources Board? or something like that. I dont know, i live in IL

i dont know how things are in texas but in cali, CARB legal means that if i were to take my AEM intake to get my car smogged, i would pass because its CARB legal. if i were to take an ebay intake and have the car smogged, i wouldnt pass because its not CARB.

if you want any performance out of your ebay intake, get rid of the filter you have now and buy a K&N
