Ok so here's the problem. I have a 97 civic lx that I just recently put a z6 head on to convert it to a mini me. It started right up but it was idling very low. I gave it a little gas and then it cut off. But that's after I let it ran for 30 min. I replaced all the possible things that I could. Plugs, wires, dizzy, main relay, checked timing like 20 times, check compression and it's good too. It's getting spark and fuel as well. I even tried using my old p2e ecu along with a p2p and a p28 with a obd1 to obd2 harness abd still nothing. After several attempts of trying to start the car I checked the plugs and they were wet. That's like 15-30 mind of trying to start the car. And everytime I checked the plugs they were always wet, smells like fuel. I then took the fuel pump fuse out and tried to start it invade it was flooded but still no go after 2 days of having the car sit with plugs out. Right now it seems like it will try to start but that's after 5 sec of cranking the motor. I did that a couple time and stopes because the starter started to smoke. I also checked my wires for firibg order abd they were in the right order too. Can anyone help. I'm getting no cel either. And it did run for 30 min just a little rough til I blip the throttle then it cut off and never started since. Please help.
