Car won't start. 20A Stop/Horn fuse keeps popping. 1994 Civic DX
Long story short ... sort of.
My Civic has been sitting in my driveway for about four to five months. The reason being that it sat is one morning I tried starting it with no success after four attempts. Next attempt it starts hard, revs high, drops and stays around 1000 RPM for about 5-10 seconds, then shuts off. It won't start again after this.
Here I am around five months later trying to get this up and running for winter, as this was my winter car/daily driver.
First day, I hook my car up to another via jumper cables and try to start it. No success after many times. If you're looking at the car from the front, the belt to the lower right side kept squealing (I think it's the alternator belt, I'll check my Helms when I get home for verification). I pulled out the battery and put it on a charger for 11 hours/until full checking to see if my battery was just shot.
The following day, I put the battery back in and tried to start it again. Same results. So I start checking fuses at this point starting with the fuse box near the battery. Pulled all and found that the 20A Stop/Horn fuse was popped. Replaced it. Check fuses in cabin; all fine. Try to start again. Nothing. Check that 20A fuse and it's popped. Replace then immediately take it out. It's popped.
What's going on? Short? If so, how do I troubleshoot this?
Thanks.

Up ... I really could use some help from those who know the electronics of the 92-95 civic.
Maybe someone can direct me somewhere?
