Default <<<<Car Runs Fine, Check Engine Light is ON! wtf>>>>

I'm posting for my friend, he has a EG LX (non-VTEC) 4 door and we just threw a JDM D15B (VTEC) in it for him. Well my neighbhor who knows his sh$%, and who did the swap changed a sensor and and the car was fine. Well before and now the car is throwing up a code 43 and the Check Engine light is back on after like 2 weeks but the car runs beautifully. We did not change the ECU or mess with wires or anything, all we did was put the engine and tranny in the car and plugged it in and thats it.

my question to you is...wtf is up with this thing? bad sensor? did we fix the wrong sensor? what the heck is code 43 mean?

anything is appreciated, my friends car dumped on him at the worst time and i want to help him get it running perfectly since he finally got it back, Thanks

Code 43= fuel supply problem.
Check your fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors, ect.
