you car could have possibly jumped time. Have you check to see if everything Is at top dead center??? Have you replaced your timing belt recently???

this is for a code 15, ignition output signal, from the helms manual.
disconnect 2p connector from dizzy, with igntion switch turned to on
measure voltage between the black/yellow(+) and body ground.
is there battery voltage? yes? continue...no? fix open in blk/yel and ingition switch
continued.
reconnect 2p connector, turn ignition switch to on.
test voltage between A21 (+) and A22 (+) with A26(-) on the ECU
is there 10v? yes? substitute known good ecu and retest....no? replace ignitor unit or repair short between yel/grn wire and ecu A21 or A22.
note: if there is a short the ignitor may be damaged
now my best guess, since the ignitor unit is notorious for going bad in these things, i would go ahead and source one out and replace it
