so i noticed a couple days ago my driver side fender is closer to the wheel then my passenger one, here are some pictures:

passenger side (sorry if its a little blurry it was taken with a cell phone):


here are nuts in the engine bay that lead to the suspension:

so my question is to fix this problem so i just simple jack the car up and tighten the nut to make it level with the passenger side or is there something else i need to do?

that difference in tire to fender gap isnt enough to worry about. if anything it means your control arm or knuckle is bent, but who knows maybe your fender isnt aligned perfectly either. on those strut nuts, just make sure they are tight, but they wont change that gap at the fender.

looks like you have two different shocks on there, one adjustable and one non adjustable?

no they are both adjustable, its just the cap on the driver side one came off i guess, but thanks for the advice jas9848

you should have had camber kits put in with the drop and had the car re aligned if this wasnt done then yes your tires will wear unevenly

Not so much a camber kit, but if your car was not aligned when it was lowered, your tires will get toe wear more than likely! A $70 dollar alignment will save a lot of money in tires in the long run!

all hondas, at least 92-95, have the driver side lower, and you can change the shocks and springs to aftermarket that the gap will be there!!

this is because of the streets... they have a bent on the sides...

That actually doesn't make sense since civic's stock are even. if you used matching lowering springs and matching struts they should be even. only reason to have an uneven vehicle is overweight on the one side or somethings bent.
