Default Car died and now it won't start...

I was driving home the other day and my car died. I thought it was a fuel problem but the fuel pump is turning on and such. The car will turnover but it won't start. How do I check to see if its getting fire? Or what the possible problem may be?

To check if you're getting a spark, pull one of the plug wires and have a friend crank the engine. Slowly move the end closer and closer to the plug and you should see a spark. This means it works. It most likely isn't the problem though. Maybe pull the plugs and see if they have oil on them. Eventually when gaskets and o-rings get old they'll leak and drench the plugs with oil.
What kind of car do you have and what is the service history like? Mileage? It could be any number of things so without more info anything anyone says would just be a guess. Have you checked for any CEL's? If you don't know how, go here: http://www.hstuners.com/forums...23007
Chances are you'll have one or more of those popping up. Check those first and you'll know where to start

If its not getting spark then your coil may have gone bad also.

Or the igniter. Common problem on Hondas.

What would also cause the car to quit running, after it has already been started and driving for a bit?

clogged injectors! lol when i put a new motor in mine it ran the stoped. the injectors were clogged and i dont kno how they got clogged. but when i pulled the fuel line off the fuel rail it spritced everywhere so thats a start. and check ur sensors to see there connected and spark and so on. if all else fails check compression.
