I know my old car (Probe GT) had a fuel cut-off switch you had to manually flip to turn the fuel system back on. I think all it did was enable/disable the fuel pump. It was located in the trunk under the carpet.
I'm not sure if Civics have those. Maybe someone with more Civic knowledge can reply regarding this matter...

I believe (don't quote me on this) that the airbag cuts power to the fuel pump once deployed on certain model/years of civic (I believe 98+). You may have to take it to a bodyshop/dealership and have it reset.

Re: (Eran)
there is no damage to the car...its a 97 hatch swapped with a b18b...the air deployed so hard that it cracked my windshield...haha...crazy...lucky there were no passenger....on damage is the right side.....headlight, bumper, and fender only...everything else is fine....

Are you sure there isn't a way to manually do it? This is what I was talking about 3 posts up.

Double-check the No. 15 (7.5A) fuse in the underdash/relay box. They are sometimes known to blow after a front-end collision in the Civics.
Also check the Main Relay, since it is on the passenger side, under the dash on the 97.
