Default Can't tell what brakes

Ok, so on my brother's civic we're trying to replace the rotors and pads but...we can't

some background info on the car

It's a 96 Civic EX with a 2000 Si motor swap. its basically a clone

but are there any visual clues when it comes to identifying brakes?

like rotor size? any difference between EX and Si brakes?

No, EX/SI have the same front rotors. 10.5? I forget.

the part numbers are different for EX and SI front rotors which would indicate that they are not the same. what do you mean by "its basically a clone" do you mean the rear brakes were converted to disc, because im pretty sure a civic EX has drums in the back on a 96.

The EX/si have the same front brakes on both chassis. Exact same set up.

Also, Any 94-01 integra and 99-00 civic SI rear brakes are virtually identical.

EX/SI rotors are all 10.3''. Part numbers being different or not, they are the same brakes.

Is it possible you have the DX/LX setup? That would make it 9.6'' rotors, and smaller calipers then the EX/SI.

I've got SI calipers, so if you post any numbers that are on yours, Ill compare them to mine.
