Cant Find My Horn
I read in a post two weeks ago about how to wire up a new horn. Well the problem is i cant find my original. I pulled off the bumper and couldnt find it. Look under the hood, and every where else. I even bought a manual to see where it was. Any one know where it might be located.

what kind of car is it? i could prolly tell you where it is located if i knew, if it is an EK body car (96-00) then it is right in the middle of the front end directly above the bumper support there is 1 bolt that holds it on. but if you can't find the horn and it hasn't worked for 2 years you might have found your problem already
horns are a round black looking goofy thing looks like an inverted stock speaker.

i have the same problem and figured out that since i dont have my srs unit in my horn will not work. The ground that is carried from the wheel is in the yellow strip for the airbag. It goes down the steering column and to the relay that controls the horn.
You can check the contacts of the button by simply removing it from the wheel. It comes of very easily.
You can also find the relay for the horn and pulse a ground to it and see if the horn works. If so then you know there is a problem between the steering wheel and the relay. Thats how i found my problem. I had no idea that the srs unit would be ted in with the horns ground trigger. THe wire you want to pulse is blue i believe. Use a multimeter to be sure though. HTH

Pull off the front bumper, it's right under the bumper support, it looks kinda like a little black woofer. If you're not the original owner of the car, they could have been removed or broken off if the car was in an accident before.
