Can you put EK Si entire interior + dashboard
into a EX coupe?
my buddy dont like that grey color interior
so I am determine to help him change it.
and SI dashboard is black right?
cause that what I am trying to aim for

no usdm 96-00 interior is black. there is just 2 shades of grey, a light and a dark. but yes you can swap a full si interior into a ex.

You quoted the part that referred to "no USDM", I merely clarified a point.
Obviously the guy doesn't want RHD, and his car is USDM.

oh, i just want a darker shade, since grey doesnt sit well with the ctr red carpet + floormat + the black seats i just put it ( i change the fabric )

People claim that if you do it correctly using the right stuff that it will look good... I have seen some her on HT that look good but never in person... It takes time and serious attention to detail to pull it off, even then I doubt it will be like OEM...
Interior panels are not "painted" they are dyed from the factory... There is no way to dye them another color...

you actually can do it right, and you can dye it, and if you do it right, take your time, and get the right stuff, it will look good
