I have an ITR rear sway on my EK. Nothing has to be modified, you just have to get the right stuff. You WILL need SI Endlinks, and a beaks reinforcement kit. http://www.beaksproducts.com/

Well, you do have to drill a new whole in your subframe, but that takes 5 mins.

Contact Will at beaks and he can help you get everything you need. I couldnt be more happier with this setup.

i have an EK as well and visited Beaks website and checked out the what i needed for the itr sway. i was wondering is it necessary to buy the whole left and right endlink assemblies because i checked out the 52321-S04-003 & 52320-S04-003 at hparts.com and they show 2 different parts for each part number, is it necessary on a EK to buy the 2 different parts for each part #?

one is left and one is right. Hparts is good, but also try http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com under 99-00 SI rear arm or something like that.
