not to sound like the typicol HT *******. but have you tried searching. i know i specifically have answered this question in great detail for the SOHC about 3 times in the past... try some archived searching... auto to manual.... manual conversion. things like that

The most difficult part is the engine mount.
Autos and 5 speed have different tranny mount. you can either
a.) Hack and weld a tranny mount from a 5 speed.
b) buy a special mounting kit (costs more)
Other than that, you will need
1. Clutch/brake pedals ( to replace the brake pedal of the auto).
2. Clutch lines from clutch master to
You might have to get a 5 speed ECU too.

When I did my auto-manual coversion, I bought an auto-to-manual tranny mount from Place Racing for about $89.00, if memory serves. It would actually cost more to hack and custom fabricate a tranny mount (unless of course, if you do it yourself). I was quoted $300.00 labor at the swap shop
