can i get the ctr lip in flat black?...
i dont like the oem lip because it doesnt wrap around the whole bumper as the ctr does.. I dont want to paint it because it will just get fucked up anyway. Where is the best place to get it? and am i mistaken?.. the oem lip from a us honda dealer and the ctr are diff correct?

Just spray paint it with Flat Black paint. But IMO the ctr lip will not look pretty in flat black. Its too big. You can get away with the flat black color on 96-98 SIR or 99-00 Si lips cause their smaller. It will look way better painted trust me.
If you really want an original ctr lip then try options.com, inlinefour.com, jdmhondaparts.com to name a few. But if your ok with a copy then look for the wingswest one. Its identical to the ctr with quality to match. And easy on the wallet.

nobody ever believes me when I say that the 99-00 CTR lip is different from the Si lip... but I finally found evidence, so its up to you guys to decide...

hahaha
LOL. That's because the lip shown below isn't an oem Honda part.
It's a "CTR copy/style", and not a very good one at that.
