can i drill a hole in bottum of headlight to reduce water inside?

can i drill a hole in bottum of headlight to reduce water inside?
just an idea i had. i have halo's so i couldn't take them off to blowdry it out or i'd have to rewire everything. would a small hole in the bottum get the water out?

that would work. but you might get dead bugs inside there. you could just reseal the headlights.

Yep, and you may end up with condensation even if you drill a hole. Fix it the right way.
