can del sol seats be re-upholstered and has anyone done it??
i have a hideous rip in my del sol seat and was wandering if the seat can be re-upholstered? any prices of re-upolstering or pictures would help too. thanks

i had 2 sets done the 1st set i paid $150 plus fabric they looked vary vary bad thay tried to take off the factory fabric and tried to recover which dosn't work because in the factory they use a vaccum to help bond the fabric to the cution(spelling)
The 2nd set cost me $350 + fabric and were perfect with french stich and everything on the 2nd set they just coverd the factory fabric
I had a different shop do the 2nt set

you can have custom Wet Okole seat covers made for the seats. some guys at Honda-Acura.com have had it done i think.

has anybody done this. I want to get mine reupholstered like somebody did here in town. He paid 200 for the red type r style cloth and the red leather in the back. They look pretty clean IMO.

those are del sol seats, they're reupholstered with red tweet type of material. The back is done with red leather. some guy did that locally. i wanted to know if anybody else has done something like that.

i got mine done for 220 out the door, nice soft black nad gray vinyl, no problmes and looks oem nice stiching and no wrinkles or anything.
