why not install a "do-it-yourself" rear kit? it's basically what you'd be buying. two longer bolts and a bunch of washers. try a search and someone should have a write-up on it.

i have a skunk 2 front camber kit and it works fine. it was really squeaky when i first got it but that goes away after awhile. ive heard some horror stories about them but ive had no problems.

is your car aligned? Toe should be set to 0. If your car isn't lowered much then i'm sure its toe that is eating tires.
