Default Camber correction

I am opposed to spending the same amount of money on camber kits as i would for a bad *** external wastegate or a ton of stainless pipe for manifolds. Is it possible to slot the mount holes for the upper control arm in the strut tower?

The two holes in the strut tower that the upper control arm bolts to. if i slot them towards the fender i could move the upper control arm out thus correcting negative camber. true?
