Default Cable D16a6 SI transmission into a EG civic... Please Help me ... !!!

Ok so..
I have a D16a6 Transmission from a Crx SI, My car is a 1993 civic coupe... I need to know if i can just throw that transmission onto my D16z6 and mount it up or not.. I have read that if you use a B-series engine with cable trans you need a special mount..

Do i need this same special mount if i want to bolt up a Crx Si trans to my d16z6 or can i just use the stock mount fromt he D16a6 crx Si transmission and it will bolt in fine?

I have posted in 3 places and still no answer ... If someone can help please do you will be my hero..

to let you know, your car is D-series Hydro - you will need a Hydro to Cable conversion kit... imo just go look for a hydro trans from an EX/Si D-series.

Same thing I would say

Need a D series cable >> hydro conversion kit, then it'll bolt right up....

I know i need a Hydro to cable accuator, but my problem is will the Cable transmission just bolt in or do i need a special mount? Or can i just use the STOCk Crx SI mount thats on the Cable transmission?

Thats the only thing holding me up..

the only reason i would think this conversion would be unpopular. The conversion bracket would cost more then a d-series hydro and cable tranny combined

What would be the common thought?? D-series cable trans with the Cable mount should bolt up in the car shouldnt it?? I dont know much about the bseries problem with cable trans. I know you have to get a diffrent mount from HAsport but is it because it has to be custom made or is it because you just needed the Cable Transmission mount???

no on makes the conversion kit. You have to use a hydro tranny.
