Default Cable trans to hydrolic trans

I know that you will all tell me to search and i have and i have learned a couple things but not exactly what i want. I have a 95 civic ex. I am going to put a new motor in it. The motor is a d16a6 block with a d16z6 head. Also it will be using a d16z6 transmission. When i do this, what, if anything will i have to do to make my transmission hydrolic and not cable. Thanks
