Default A/C refill proecdure with vacuum pump, correct?

On my last post i was asked to lookup the proecdure on how to refill my a/c system. Can anyone tell if this is correct?

from what i see the steps are
1.) remove refrigerant(allready done)
2.) Hookup a/c manifold to the high and low sides(blue low, red high)
3.) hookup vacuum pump to the middle of the manifold(yellow)
4.) turn on pump till it gets to ~ -28 or so and let it run after that for about 10 minutes to get all the moisture out of the system
5.) close both valves on the manifold before turning off the vacuum pump
6.) disconnect the vacuum pump and let it sit for a few hours to see if there is any leaks
7.) If no leaks, hookup the 134a filler adapter to the yellow tube, let some of the 134a come out of the bottle to push th air out of the tubing, 'turn off' the can and then hook it up to the manifold
8.) turn the car on and put the a/c to full blast(max)
9.) open the blue side of hte manifold then 'turn on' the can of 134a that i have till empty.
10.) turn off the blue side of the manifold, take off the empty can of 134a, hookup the new can to the adapter, purge the line of air again and then hook it up to the manifold.
11.) fill a/c system till this can is empty also(factory specs are 22oz, i have 2 cans, 11. oz each)
12.) CLose the blue side of the manifold, 'turn off' the can of 134a then u are safe to disconnct the hoses from the high and low side of the a/c is this correct?

Any info and input would be appreciated

Best way

Friend ownz one, I fully support it as he charges $150.00 to do it to somebody's car and he hooked me up with my jetta and it's like, fully charged (has something rediculous like 99.99999999% full with 0% moisture, etc. etc. etc. It really works well, although it's not worth it to buy one for 5 grand, it's worth it to take it to a shop and have them connect it, that thing'll do everything 'cept suck ur dick O.o

Serioulsy tho, if u have a shop around that does that for a decent price, it's well worth it....but I do understand that some people want ot do it themselves to save money as the R-134 or whatever it's called is very cheap to buy and set up, but if you don't, you outta look into getting the master job...

i would dump at least 1 can into it before you turn it on..

dont turn on a flat system.
