Use either the B20 CR-V A/C Bracket or the Del-Sol VTEC A/C Bracket. The CR-V bracket can usually be found easier and cheaper than the Del-Sol bracket. Then just grab a CR-V A/C Belt. I have heard the Integra belt will work also however I don't know for sure but my CR-V belt works great.
Good Luck getting your A/C system going.

the gsr bracket will bolt up fine to your block, but your d-series a/c compressor will not bolt up to the gsr bracket. you will need a crv (p7j) bracket or the del sol si vtec (b16a3) bracket in order for your compressor to mount up. you will also need the tensioner pulley from any integra/em1. the belt im using is a step lower than the em1 length, which ends in 845, the one im using with no problem ends in 800. good luck.
edit: i found my bracket for $43 from a salvage yard. the crv your looking for is a 97-01 model.

it seemed to take me forever to track one down, literally almost 2 months, and i got lucky when i asked some old school car guys if they knew of anyone selling import car parts. i know of someone locally with 1 and no use for it, whats your zipcode he may be willing to send it to you at a reasonable price.
also dont underestimate your local craigslist
