Buzzing coming from the fuel relay and dash going crazy
I just put a new motor in my civic Lx. The fuel pump doesn't prime and the check engine light doesn't even come on before startup. Could that relay be bad or something the car ran before I swapped the old engine.

What year Civic?
Did you forget to reconnect the G3 transmission ground or the G101 ground located on the thermostat housing?

99 civic 1.6L non vtech I got it working now but I think I got the distributor on wrong when I try to start it the engine it rotates but it stops then starts rotating again guessing the firing order is wrong
