Default Buying a car that has been staying outside for 1 year

Hello,
I´m considering of buying a Civic from 1990 that has been staying still for a year (in a country where it snows in winter). What are the problems that may arise when trying to get it running and ready for road(excl. bodyworks) ? I must change the belts and everything that it includes. Also the fluids must be changed including brakefluid+brake adjusting. I have heard that one possible problem that may arise with fuel lines and brakelines that might be rusted through. Anything else that should be considered?

Tnx in Advance
Henrik

check handbrake mechanism and cables
check all brakes/ clean and adjust rear drums
check exhaust/heatsheilds for noises or looseness/rattle
