Re: (untitledsn41)
even if you're secondary butterflies aren't hooked up it won't throw a CEL. best way to know is to just put it into 2nd gear and floor it and listen for it to open up at around 5700 RPMs.
or..
you could pop the hood and keep your eye on the plunger for the secondaries. and give it throttle from the throttle body and watch for the plunger to go up.

Re: (AzntaggeR)
is it bad not to have it hooked up. ok... when i put my dx harness on my gsr i was hooking up all the plugs and what not then i came upto the point of where i had to add some plugs...i added the vtec and that works perfectly but i went to add the secondary butterflies and i noticed there was a plug on my harness that wasnt plugged in. so i plugged it into the secondary butterflies (red-yellow/black), was that right?...anyway i want to fix my problems tonight, i am adding my knocksensor and going to attempt to fix this...oh is there anyway to bypass it?? i remember seeing someone hooking up vaccuum lines differntly and i guess they bypassed they wire
