Default Bult B16, Doesnt Like my Ecu

I have a built b16 running about mid 11's compression on stock cams

Im using a p28 chipped with type-r fuel/ign maps, and my car has a lot of fumes, bad a/f, and bad gas milage

Im thinkng about running a stock JDM b16 ecu or a GSR ecu, what would be the better choice?

I would try the stock b16 program, and then upgrade from there!

I'm running a kenji P28 and it's great. It runs a 'lil rich though and is always in open loop (O2 disabled). I also have a JDM P30 that came with my swap, but I couldn't get a steady idle with it.

If you want to try the P30, I'll sell it...

EDIT: Sorry I couldn't really answer your question about which is better.
