BULLFROG Hood...Anybody still sport these...?
Anybody still have these hoods?There made by GUDE performance...
Also there used to be some Carbon Fiber hood with a big hole for Turbo or air intake.I believe JOTECH in Tx used to have one.

Are you asking if anybody has any to sell or more technical aspect of the hood?

I wanted to know if there actually as functional as there made out to be?Air venting, aerodynamics etc...

Well that hood was designed so when you have a short ram or ARC type intake, the supposedly ram air effect(in theory) will flow cool air into the short ram filter itself. Aerodynamically, I don't know if it was aero tested though. Back in the days 92'-94' Tony Fuchs(OG racer) had that on his DA integra when he first started racing and had the "World's fastest integra" title. That was before he switched to turbo.

i used to have that hood on my 97 civic, didnt like the big hole in the front. yea it let alot of air in, it also let alot of dirt and other crap in, including rain when it rained. after like 6 months, i fiberglassed it in and it looked alot better.....

man i had one but it was too gig for my style, i believe they were functional but i would also believe they would cause drag too.
i still have it if anyone wants it. free in southern cali, its just sitiing in the back of my garage
