99 civic. s300. built ls engine. some reason the crank pulley fell off.so the alternator lost rpms cause the belt slipped and it got really rich. made it home and put the pulley on now it wont rev past 5000rpms. it misfires real bad and rev slower than normal.
so far ive checked and am 100% sure the following is correct.
nothing stripped or jumped cam timing. tdc is still tdc.
ignition timing is synced with s300 @ 16 degrees.
put my distributor on another car and it was fine.
spark plugs are gapped at .023, they were black so I cleaned them
its def nothing in the maps/tune all that checks out good
grounds are good and theres 14 volts be produced
different map sensors didn't help.
could the plugs just be toasted? im lost tried everything I know
