They are pretty much stronger compared to the original ones... According to my mechanic, they are needed to handle more power and RPMs... I'm using the KMS Silicon Bronze Valve Guides...

If you are going to go with bronze valve guides...make sure they are a mixture of metals like maganese and bronze that way it is a harder metal rather than just a standard bronze guide...PortFlow sells them as im sure others do to.

hmmm, got it... They are silicon bronze and now I understood the stat. "Protects expensive valves from damage that stock guides can cause"..
