Broke Thermostat housing..now what??
Just like the title says..I was changing the thermostat on my 96 civic and I forgot that there are 3 bolts to take off..so I took off 2 and tapped it with a hammer..aanndd broke the engine side thermostat housing where the 2 meet and the bold goes through..I put it all back and sealed it with some gasket sealing glue. Is this going to be a big problem for me??...If so is there a way to change the engine side thermostat housing??

from the look of it there should be two bolts on the side you can take off. i forgot how to put in pictures. just look it up at honda autoparts. looks pretty easy.

Its not the outer thermostat housing that broke(where the hose connects)..but the housing that you actually fix the thermostat in to..as in the part of the housing thats a part of the engine it self..is this changeable??..If you have this part..how much shipped to 10314???

yes, you unbolt it from the back of the block and it is connected to the waterneck i believe, should be two 10mm bolts at the housing, one coolant line on the waterneck that goes to your iacv and then slide it towards the passenger side of the car... and replace the o-ring at the end of the waterneck for good measure. check here on hondatech or ebay for the part used because I doubt you can get it at a parts store like autozone
